At the dawn of a second confinement, which will begin on Friday 30 October 2020 at midnight, the Government has made several clarifications, on subjects which concern in particular the building sector, in a context where the construction industry must be able to continue to operate. Thus, on building sites, companies are invited to use the guide of recommendations of the OPPBTP, which has just been updated at the end of October. A new protocol will soon be put online on the site of the Ministry of Labour, and the guide of the OPPBTP will once again be retouched in the wake.
Issuing building permits, ” vital” for the activity
The Government thus guarantees that all types of construction sites will continue to be open, ” including private homes” The supply chain ” will remain open”, with many trading names having already assured that they will maintain their outlets and schedules. All material and tool shops will remain open, including for private customers, the Government assures (see box below).
