The family of an American college student jailed for supposedly violating coronavirus constraints in the Cayman Islands is asking the Trump administration for assistance.

” Skylar Mack, an 18- year-old pre-med student at Mercer University in Georgia, was sentenced to 4 months in jail after breaking her obligatory quarantine,” CBS News reported Monday.

The girl flew to Grand Cayman on November 27 and was ordered to quarantine for 14 days. She was also given a smart wristband and a mobile phone to track her motions, her attorney, Jonathon Hughes, discussed.
