President-elect Joe Biden said “America is back” as he introduced several figures to his future cabinet. The six men and women who will lead the areas of national security and foreign policy said at an event in Wilmington, Delaware, that they represent a return to multilateralism, international cooperation and the fight against climate change, after four years of a less partnership-oriented Republican government.
