THE USA: Another pardon for the people around Donald Trump

At the end of his term of office, the President of the U.S.A. made further pardons on Wednesday. Donald Trump pardoned former campaign manager Paul Manafort, former advisor Roger Stone and father-in-law of his daughter Ivanka, businessman Charles Kushner

Monafort and Stone are leading figures in the investigation conducted by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller into the so-called Russiagate, i.e. allegations of Russia’s involvement in the campaign for the 2016 presidential election

Earlier, Trump had pardoned two other people involved in the affair – the former d
