US President Donald Trump has threatened to let the billion-dollar aid package passed by Congress fail. He demanded improvements, otherwise he might not sign the law, he said.
Trump complained in a video he posted to Twitter on Tuesday that the bill provides too much money for other countries but not enough for Americans.
The bill provides for a one-time payment of $600 to most Americans. He called on Congress to “increase the ridiculously low $600 to $2,000, or $4,000 for a couple,” said
